We are pleased to announce Tom DeWeese, President of the American Policy Center, will be the keynote speaker for our April Harford Campaign for Liberty meeting!

Mr. DeWeese is a long-time advocate of private property rights, individual liberties, personal privacy and free enterprise. He is a noted writer, blogger, and editor of The DeWeese Report. Tom DeWeese will be teaching April 28th about your personal property rights, and how to effectively push back against the United Nations’ Anti-American agenda.

If you have not yet heard Tom DeWeese, this event is a must-attend! Come with your questions, and enjoy a rare opportunity to meet an incredible patriot and activist author.

Harford Campaign for Liberty meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7pm, and adjourns promptly at 9pm to respect your personal time. Cash Bar and light snacks are available.

All are invited to attend a debate between Mr. Boda (Libertarian) and Dr. LaFerla (Democrat) as they compete for the 1st Congressional District seat currently held by Dr. Andy Harris.  Dr. Harris, who will not be present, has provided written responses to the questions to be posed by the moderator.   The floor will then be opened for unscreened questions from the audience.

Frederick Council President Active in Fight Against Plan Maryland

September 12, 2012 — Bel Air, MD—Harford Campaign for Liberty will host Blaine Young, Frederick Council President, for a town hall style question and answer session at their monthly meeting on September 25th. Young, described by the online news source as the “sometimes combative president of the Frederick County Board of Commissioners”, has served with that body since 2010. His opposition to Plan Maryland and founding membership in the Rural Maryland Counties Coalition has brought attention to the difficulties facing these area

Mr. Young will briefly address the audience with comments regarding his views and actions on property rights, economic development, and the role of government. These comments will be followed by questions from the assembled. Harford Campaign for Liberty invites all to this opportunity to explore the practice of liberty in other counties. The group encourages attendees to probe Mr. Young with insightful queries designed to fully comprehend the style of government currently practiced in Frederick County.
